Yoga

Our purpose built yoga shala overlooks both the Gulf of Aqaba and the Sinai mountains. Ashtanga Yoga is suitable for everyone who enjoys physical exercise, and also wants to integrate a meditative aspect of yoga into their workout. Beginners and less confident students of all ages are welcome, as are more experienced yoga practitioners. We offer drop-in Yoga classes twice week (Wednesday and Sunday evening) where the teacher Jana guides you through this dynamic form of yoga. Jana is a qualified yoga teacher who studied in Mysore, India, the home town of Ashtanga Yoga and in Chennai at the KYM.
