Our purpose built yoga shala overlooks both the Gulf of Aqaba and the Sinai mountains. Ashtanga Yoga is suitable for everyone who enjoys physical exercise, and also wants to integrate a meditative aspect of yoga into their workout. Beginners and less confident students of all ages are welcome, as are more experienced yoga practitioners. We offer open Ashtanga classes twice week where the teacher Jana guides you through this dynamic form of yoga. Jana is a qualified yoga teacher who studied in Mysore, India , the home town of Ashtanga Yoga .
