The perfect complement to a well deserved holiday is one of the many treatments available in our on site therapy rooms. We currently have a variety of treatments to help enhance all our guest’s needs for rest and relaxation.
Therapeutic Massage
This massage technique helps to relieve tension and the negative effects of every day stress. While using a combination of massage techniques and movements as well as acupressure, it will increase circulation and will also help to relax and soothe tired muscles and induces an overall sense of well-being. A short consultation will ensure the treatment is adapted to your personal needs.
Hot Aromatherapy Massage
This massage is a combination of firm or gentle therapeutic touch blended with the beneficial properties of each essential oil. This form of massage is a fantastic way to unwind, and alleviate stress. Even after several hours you will feel the benefit of the blends of essential oils. The massage can be relaxing, energizing and it can help for muscle pain, circulation, anti-inflammatory, insomnia, anxiety and even uplift the body, spirit and soul.
Hot Stone Therapy
This ancient form of massage is perfect for those in need of a deeply relaxing experience. This popular massage therapy uses a combination of hot basalt stones and oils which intensifies the overall massage experience.
Reiki Treatment
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by laying on hands to increase the life force energy and helps to balance the chakras and the auras. A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through you. Reiki treats the whole person, body, emotions, mind and spirit, creating many beneficial effects including relaxation and feelings of peace, security and well being.
Karuna Treatment
In addition to Reiki, Karuna is the way to compassion with love and goes very deep, gently but quickly. You may have a deep physical, emotional, mental or spiritual experience. It seems to touch the issue, the source to e healed and helps to release old patterns and habits.
Crystal Healing
Crystal and Sound healing combined with Reiki provide a gentle form of healing that cooperate with the body’s inner healer and bring things back in to balance, realigning the aura and chakras that link the two together. Crystals and Sound open up the pathways and dissolve blockages. 12 or more crystals will be used for effective healing. Tibetan bowls and Mantra will be a part of the session depending on your personal needs.

Classic Massage
Classic massage is a therapy, where tension is treated by kneading, stroking and vibrating movements. By awakening the metabolism, one will experience tranquility. In cases of specific pain different methods will be applied onto the problem area. The pressure applied and the appropriate technique used, is individually matched to your needs.
Lymphatic Drainage Therapy
A lymphatic drainage massage primarily focuses on specific lymph nodes and points of the body, as well as the natural flow of the lymphatic system. This therapy will reduce blockages of the lymphatic system, such as built up toxins and water retention, which in turn promote a healthier body.
Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy is practiced to develop, maintain and restore maximum movement and function throughout life. This includes providing treatment in circumstances where movement and function are impaired by aging, injury, disease or environmental factors.
Reiki Courses
Discover the power of the universal life energy by getting in touch with the most amazing healing process. This unique technique is exclusively offered in Blue Beach Club. The courses are as follows:
Reiki 1 (1 day course)
This first level of attunement heals physical karma levels and is specifically for self or direct healing on any living thing.
Reiki 2 (2 day course)
This second level of attunement releases emotional, mental and karmic levels. By using three symbols you are introduced to different levels of healing. You will increase the amount of Reiki energy and will be able to perform “distance healing”.
Reiki 3 – MASTER (2 full days)
This final level of attunement helps to reach spiritual levels. Two additional symbols are introduced so you will obtain the ability to channel more energy and reach higher karmic levels. Reiki 3 is the master teaching degree. Afterwards you are able to teach and attune others. After any attunement you will become a channel for the universal life energy for the rest of your life.
